Paypal can be great, but when dealing online, it's far too easy to scam other people, you can easily buy a website, get all the details, then say you never got the website, get your money back and keep both, it can cause all kinds of problems, follow these steps and you can prevent people from claiming you never sent the items.

    Step #1:
Make the payment to the seller

    Step #2:
Make a claim saying you never received the goods

    Step #3:
Close the claim, saying you sorted it out with the seller

    Step #4:
    Receive your goods.

After you've done this, you CANNOT make another claim on the transaction, this prevents people from getting the goods, then claiming. Here is a example of when I would use this, somebody (Nick) wants me to get them accepted into a network, I don't really know Nick, nor does BHW, so when he pays me, I make him follow these steps so he can't take their money back.

This can be used just as badly as the claiming in the first place, please use this correctly and ONLY do this when buying products off members who are TRUSTED.
