How to move torrents from a old pc to a new one?

Is it possible to move all your torrent files without the original torrent setup but just the "exe" to another PC?

Or will it not work because i need to re download all the torrents again on that new Computer.

Just move the folders to the new pc. But you need the .torrent file to "redownload" the file, and point the download point to the folder where you just move it. It will Check for File and than you are ok
