I am planning to switch from Hostgator to Another Server.
But I have a Business Email Address and an Inbox which I used in my Hostgator Cpanel.
Can somebody tell me how do I change that from Hostgator to a new host?
    Thanks

I just moved my shared hosting account from Hostgator to another hosting company this past week. Mine was a little more involved, because I have about 30 domains and I was moving to "SEO" Hosting.

If you only have one site (or just a few) and especially if you don't need your new hosting company to split domains up onto separate cPanels. In other words, if you are just moving one cPanel account to another cPanel account...it is very easy.

Have Hostgator create a FULL cPanel backup (or you can do it from your cPanel). This will backup everything on your account - your site(s), your email accounts, your databases, etc. Get this backup to your new hosting company and they can restore it to your new account. You will be good to go.

BTW - If you (or anyone) needs a GREAT "SEO" hosting company, just PM me.

Most hosts these days will do this for you, If you host isnt willing to transfer you for free, then they obviously don't care enough about your business
