    Hey everyone,
I know many of you are working a 9 to 5 day job and trying to do your own thing at night. If your like me, when you get home from the day job grind you're probably tired and don't have that motivation, will power and energy. I decided to share my secret with you guys on how to get a super boost when you really need it.

    [The Secret]
Don't drink any coffee during your full time job. Try to eat healthy. Avoid caffeine at all costs. If you really need something try some non caffeine tea or something. If you can go the extra mile, try to even detox the body during the day time as much as possible. Drink plenty of water and take lots of vitamins.

    [Your Reward]
Now when you leave your day job and your ready to start on your own gig / business, go ahead and get some caffeine. I personally like a Cuban colada. They are very strong drinks. If you are sensitive to caffeine you may need to try something else. But you'll feel the buzz and you'll be wired and ready to go. Use this time to your advantage and TAKE ACTION!

I hope this info can benefit someone, feel free to share this post with those that need a good kick in pants.

I disagree. This is the first post I can remember seeing using something tangible and practical as a motivating factor. I quite like the idea.

5150 juice. Add caffeine to water, milk, caffeine drinks, your food, your dog, your mom. Add it in low, medium, high and stupidly lethal doses!
Oh, and did I mention its cheap? http://www.5150juice.com/

Yeah, I forgot to mention, that "part" is another way to get motivated and take action. Of course you want to check with the local laws before clocking in at 4:20. Of course you want to consult with a licensed physician and request the $at!v@ RX (smile)

I just started using Nawgan which has Citicoline in it and I have found it to really help my mental performance, energy and concentration levels. You can also just buy the active ingredient in a pill form...

Interesting;. although I can't do a minute's work in my day job without caffeine in my system.. I got a tattoo saying 追逐 on my arm.. anytime I start feeling lazy I just think about that.. and also check my bank account balance, that usually helps to motivate me!

I drink coffee in the morning. I drink coffee when I am in action. In fact, I'm thinking of getting a cup right now.

Coffee could spring me to action, but many times I have to control myself from being being pumped-up too much so that I could focus more on the task at hands and not the ones that I would like to do.

    Man, I just love coffee.

Sounds good in theory, though, there is no way I'd last too long without my coffee! :)

This is more of a psychological thing more than anything. The method above works, but you need to know to defeat yourself and force yourself to do things by emotions, triggers, desires, etc. I could go into a big long post but I figure maybe if you want to check out emotional intelligence (google it) or mind control marketing, or power ad copy, you can take a look at how to "manipulate" yourself and others with literaly nothing but a play of words or some form of reward / punishment.
