How do you monetize your traffic, say for example that comes from Twitter?
I'm not sure what kind of a website, I should place in my profile.
Are ZIP/E-Mail Submits working good ? Per-Per-SignUp?
Or should I take the PPC Route with a website [videos|movies|Mp3] ?
What about PPI?
What kinds of Pay-Per-SignUp sites do you know, which would maybe work?
