    Hi everyone,

I'm willing to build some big fitness accounts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook which would talk about myself since I'm a fitness fanatic.

I would like to have the opinion of experts like you, isn't the fitness niche a bit crowded ? I mean, I'm sure I can build an Instagram with 100k+ but what for ? If my only monetization is shoutouts, I'm not going to earn lots because CPA on products like fat loss or "How to get abs" is something congested.

How would you monetize big fitness accounts ?

    Thank you.

I don't know a great deal about the niche, I can imagine its heavily competitive though.
monetisation is obvious, and if you are in the niche you probably know better than me - health products, diet shakes, workout stuff etc I imagine there is loads and loads of stuff you can promote - mostly CPA.

Might be worth building an authority site along with the social media stuff to support it - your great advantage is surely going to be the fact you are passionate about that niche and can probably add valuable content to readers.

There are thousands of NEW people who are interested in this niche every single day.

If you want to profit off this niche then be creative. You'll make little to no profit if you're doing the same thing as your competitors.

This is probably the niche with the most monetisation options around, seriously.

Just don't use adsense please, review supplements or fitness programs, there's tons of them on Clickbank.

    You can always sell shoutouts.
    And use some CPA

If you have tons of followers, recommending products and reviewing them can be an easy way to make a lot of money. Pick products that convert to sales really well, not necessarily the ones that pay the most, since you'll probably do better on overall volume than sales per margin.

CPA works in the fitness niche. I have an aged fitness domain that I have been posting on consistently for a few years. The social media accounts attached garner a good amount of my email submits. Twitter (in my experience) I have found is the most useful network, profit wise.

It is HIGHLY competitive since there are thousands of accounts out there on every social network. You will have to have a really good plan if you wanna profit in this niche but it's possible of course if you are doing it right.

If you are obsessed with it and (and good looking) try to brand yourself not to sell anything until you have a name - do it as a hobby beside your regular work and it will pay off by itself one day. If you treat it as a business from start off the failure rate might be significantly higher.
The projects where I made the most steady money from where projects I started out just for fun.

fitness is very hard since every other person claims to be a personal trainer or they own a fitness page.
i would say that you either spend tons of money on promotion so you get atleast 600K followers, or you change niche lol.

I'm really into fitness too, and yes it's a super competitive area, but that means there's lots of money to go around. Don't do what the big sites are doing cause you're going to lose, but if you do something the big guys can't or aren't doing then you can do well. Writing general fitness articles and hoping to get noticed on SERPS over sites like bodybuilding.com is stupid cause they're a monster in that game. But if you add a personal touch to your site/service/whatever then you can separate yourself. Maybe offer people personal advice that bodybuilding.com doesn't have the time or desire to do. People will be impressed that they get to talk directly to you (over email etc.) and you can slip in some affiliate links when they are suitable to what the person asks you. Big sites don't have a personal touch cause they don't have time for it, so that's where the small fish can win in a big pond. In my opinion.

    LOL

"Too saturated" "very hard niche" "highly competitive"
Have we forgotten that's what you should be getting into if you ever want to make real money online?

Read leangains.com, he's my go-to example in fitness and I personally love his blog. His site runs on blogger (you heard me), has some affiliate ads in his sidebar and offers personal training. HIS BLOG COVERS EVERYTHING FOR FREE - but people still pay upwards of $1000 for consultations. He started in 2007 when fitness was just as competitive but he offered new, helpful content. I've never seen 1 advertisement for his site, so if you can build a passionate fanbase on social media you can make insane passive income. Your reputation will send people to you LONG after you stop updating your site.

People will always trust someone who proves their results. It's why fitness blogs can be as successful as fullblown websites.

Fitness niche is extremely competitive, but at the same time very profitable. And CPA is the best option for monetizing this particular niche.
