How to monetize such domains?

Suppose I found an expired domain like for example.
Markzuckerberginfo.com
I have got nice traffic already from other sites as i have got this expired domain after big research.
It has massive backlinks. This 1 domain is just an example i can have dozens of domains like this, for example, jeffbezosphotography.com
How will you monetize such domains?
I have heard online that names in the domain names are not copyrighted or trademark.
But the content you put on it can be copyrighted. You cannot put any copyrighted content on these domains.
But can I copy Wikipedia content on this domain( since Wikipedia content are free to use and comes in public domains)?
So my query is I want to put up maybe some related content that doesn't get me into any kind of problem and i can monetize it with ads.

I really don't want to redirect traffic of the expired domain because it will lose all rankings and power.

Instead, I would like to install Wordpress and set up a 2-page nice website.

I would not put content from Wikipedia on your sites as Google will consider this as duplicate content and duplicates do not appear in the search results.

I think once the domain dropped to expired domain, it's very hard to get all the backlinks back.

If you still have the traffic, just keep on pretending that it is really a legit domain wherein you post something about the person then put on your cpa or adsense offers.
