I have unlimited SMS...I don't have any phone numbers to send them to and I'm not sure if I did if CPA would work. Can someone please help me with this?

you could do a subscription number. for example, say text ringtone to 5559 to stay updated on the latest tunes, that will generate you a database of numbers.
