The best way to do that would be to redirect users to your main money site or affiliate link of your choice.
Generally, your spam/AI blogs will rank in google but the content will be trash, so it's best to cloak and redirect the users to a whitehat page or landing page where users can be converted into customers.
Is it safe if the money site is an Adsense site? And what appears in GSC and GA as a referrer site?

Yeah it's safe to do that
Referrer site will be google as user clicks google serp then it gets redirected to your adsense site for example.

No, as the user never sees the trash site, the referrer is google serps

ALL ad networks accept it. You just may have to use other techniques like spoofing referrer
