I have a list of about ~25k emails all double opt-in mostly from pinterest traffic in the recipe niche.
I've never done email marketing before and was wondering what kind of offers convert best in email?
I haven't even sent one email yet as I'm hesitant to go with an emailer.. from reading around it seems most ppl on BHW go with Aweber... I've collected the emails using Mailchimp so I might just use them, but I've heard that they crack down on CPA offers.
What kind of monthly revenue targets should I be aiming for with a ~25k list?

Search clickbank for related products and email them the offer? Let's be optimistic and say that 10% converts. With average $/product on clickbank in your niche you could make 30k +

Most products have a email message already written, to help you promote, so you can just copy-pasta, sit back and check conversion.

Well I am hearing Pinterest Traffic Is Best Converting For Amazon Products Maybe you should Try Them...
Create a amazon product review blog related to your niche of recipe.
Pick a amazon product and drive traffic to that site or direct the traffic straight to the salespage.
So You can make Affiliate commisions...
They are so many ways to make money.
Anyone cannot say how much you are going to make.............
    That totally depends upon you....................

Will mailers like mailchimp have problems with directly linking to clickbank products or should I create my own landing pages?

I believe that Mailchimp, same as Aweber is used for email marketing, hence there should be no problem linking straight to the product sales page under your aff id. However I'd check their TOS to be sure.

Most people are using those mail services for those specific purposes so I don't think you'd have a problem. I recommend you have a landing page where you send the visitors if the sales page is nothing but a product and a buy button.
