Try content locking.. Write up a tutorial or if there are cracks, codes for this game, offer those and lock them with content lock pro or something like that and profit.
Get their emails as well and push some clickbank runescape guides or similar (don't know if these exist

I didn't know people still played Runescape. You can see if Amazon has cards, virtual currency or anything of that sort.
Ebay as well. How did you get banned from AdSense? Just make a new account, it's pretty easy now a days.
Search Google Keyword Tool to see if people are looking for any kind of particular guide on Runescape then find or write up a tutorial on it.
Then lock your page with a content locker as said above. Then take it a step further with the tutorial being hosted at Share4cash after they go through the content locker.. if they really want that guide/tutorial bad enough, they'll do it

I think the above networks have any minimum visitors/pageviews limitation.
