Hey guys! I hope that this is a right place to post this.

I've been lurking here for quite a while and I thought I could ask for some tips. I have a movie related website (the domain name is the exact name of an upcoming movie) and I get approximately 100 unique visitors per day without any SEO. Maybe twice a month I get over 600 users a day.

Now I would like to know how I could monetize this site. I have some links to Amazon but they don't convert. I also run Adsense but with something like 2-3 clicks per day. What to do (I'm ready to spend some money)?

    Thanks in advance! :)

I'm not familiar with Adsense but I can try to offer you some advice based on what I've heard and my own experiences otherwise:
    1. Filter your AS ads so that you get the highest earners displayed.
    2. A content locker may help. I'd imagine it could lower your impressions but raise your revenue.
    3. Random redirects at certain intervals. Have you ever seen a "porn thumbs" website? That's how they make money.
    4. Sell advertising space at a flat rate.

In my experience, Amazon is not a very good earner.

Thanks for the tips! I think that I must take a closer look at Adsense because I just created a new ad and copied/pasted the ad code to my site (no filters or anything)... Amazon has very low rates for affiliates so maybe I'll just drop it if I don't get anything out of it.

People Who watch every random movie are kind of Lazy and don't have much $$ , so selling is not a good idea

You can use Cpa Email submit offers that pay 1$ or something to get some free movie tickets etc BS

Ad-sense is also a good idea but proper placement is necessary though i don't think you will get some good cpc in movie niche :|

Adsense doesn't allow putting their ads on movie or tv sites. I know it from my own experience.

Is this the case even if my site is fully legal? I don't have any video content from any movie and all the graphics are made by me. I only provide the latest news about an upcoming movie..

Edit: Well, maybe I should take a closer look at the terms of service myself :)
