I got a list of 30k Australia + 17k New Zealand, in the fashion niche - specifically lingeries.

I have gone through a bunch of threads here, some says Amazon aff - but no, there's no Australian amazon aff.

Can someone suggest me how to monetize this list?

You could try with shopstyle.com - the commission isn't great, but they have a large catalogue and a good api. Alternatively you could sign up for an affiliate program with one or a few of the large retailers in this space (For example, farfetch, net-a-porter for the high end). Not sure about their terms though - you might be in violation, depending on how you obtained the list.

Sign for affiliate program, be a reseller of some fashion service. You can spam those emails with products, and get % by sale.
