please help me

I can only give you an advice on Q1.

The more specific a site is, the more targeted your traffic will be.
Ask yourself this question: what makes people read an article?
The answer is simple: solutions for problems and fulfillment of desires.

Problem: I'm moving to a new house and I need some reliable movers.
Desire: I love scifi movies and I want to have all new releases on DVD.

Adsense is an option and it's convenient. It shows the right ads based on the content.
More profitable is affiliate marketing. This requires more time to setup but, when done correctly, will be more rewarding (money).

In my example you could have every occurence of the word "movers" made into a link to an affiliated moving company. There are plugins for that when you use Wordpress.
For the other example you could use the same technique with a plugin or add some banners from i.e. Amazon that promote the latest scifi movies on DVD.

Is it possible I combine several affiliate ? like combine amazon, clickbank etc ??

It's tempting to put as many related offers as possible in front of your visitors. Throw a lot at them and hope something triggers an interest...

Don't do it...
(unless you run a store with thousands of products)

You don't want to confuse your traffic by giving them too many options to click on.

You want them as fast as possible on a salespage that is optimized for selling.
The purpose of your article is only to attract visitors and give them info. When possible you use the article as a presell for the product that is offered on the same page.

I.e. when they like an article on dog food they will have a positive feeling about that particular page.
You want this positive feeling to relate to products you are promoting. This is easier with only one product on the page...and it doesn't make the blunt impression that the page is meant to sell something.
This can even go as far that your visitor concludes that there must be a reason for the product to show up next to the article they like. So they click to check it out.

This may sound complicated but the truth is that this all takes place in your visitors head.
You can stimulate this process by using the right placement of the offers, the right triggers, the way you link to the offers, etc.
