How to monetize Adult story website? (not in English)

I published a few adult story posts, and my posts got lots of visitors right after google indexed my posts. I can write 100s of adult stories like this and get thousands of visitors a day but the problem is it's not in English and it's tier 3 country,

Any suggestions how to make money from a website like this?

I also checked other websites in the same niche and all of them have ads like '' call this number to chat'' etc. i did not see any websites publishing a different ads. so my question is, how do those ads pay you? cuz it's not like affiliate, there are some phone numbers and people call those numbers without clicking the ads on the website. how do those websites make money?

and also google index takes forever, it takes weeks to index a single post even though i wrote more than 2000 words and all the articles are unique, i wrote the articles. but still index process is too slow.

If you want to speedup the index process, make you sure to interlink between each post. Place keyword tags inside your posts.

Thanks, I mean google doesn't index anything anymore, i got dozens of websites, and it takes at least 3 weeks (if im lucky) to index a post. Now we can say 100% that Google index is dying. so whenever i post something i don't see any index for weeks.
Google index is peace of sh*t. They make you wait for weeks for index or they never index your posts. I also did spamming on social media for one of my websites and i got more than 3000 daily visitors a day , 90% of them were americans. but i applied to more than 15 affiliate programs and all of them rejected me cuz my traffic is full of spam.

You are doing something wrong then. Google index is ok if you interlink each post with related tags.

I want to know too. This niche got huge traffic. One of the biggest giant of this niche is literotica.
