How to monetize a 205 000 Travel Tumblr

I used to be really big with adult Tumblr and have a hard time growing SFW accounts without any help. If you would like to help me out I run a legit outdoor site and would love to get some Tumblr accounts growing. Best I have so far is a 45k follower blog about log cabins.
As to your question: The best way is always to direct traffic to your own website, there you can do whatever you like and grow an audience, use affiliate links and of course adsense. With adult blogs we also had banner ads on the blogs themselves, but that has gotten a bit more tricky with hardly anyone seeing the desktop websites of adult sites. For sfw however that still works just fine.

To tell you the truth I had over 2 000 000 in Adult Tumblrs but I was doing comic books and travel as well. I don't have any secret I have posted great content and have over 10 000 posts. I am building a website but it will take time to do a proper website ( I need at least 40 000 words of content to start off what I want to do )
Hey, I missed your message but let us talk. I'm doing pretty much the same, just got two websites up and running and a couple thousand words into the writing process. I'll also couple that with YouTube, moving out of the city at the end of the month and can start utilizing my camper van and new apartment to make quality videos. I could use the help growing on Tumblr and would also love to have someone to work with, sounds like we both have the right work ethic.
