How to monetize 22 mio. adult impressions/month?

Hi,

I am doing traffic arbitrage with adult traffic which means I get 22 mio. adult impressions per month which I sell to banner ad networks. Is there any way of making additional revenue without interrupting the current revenue flow form the banners to much?
