I started dropshipping on eBay a bit under a year ago and the business has been growing nicely. Making around 50 sales a day on eBay I now have built a list of few thousand PayPal emails from my customers that have purchased stuff from me. This list will grow exponentially as I scale up the business.

How could I monetise these emails? I know it's not the best obviously as they are not very targeted (just by country) but afterall these are people capable of making PayPal payments and at least country-targeted. In any case, bit of a shotgun approach.

Any ideas what I could do? So far I have thought about spamming them with CPA offers that attract wide audiences, e.g. pin submits for contests or similar, or Clickbank offers. Alternatively, I could use it to promote some affiliate site but as I'm concentrating most of my time on the actual dropshipping, I'm hoping to find some easy way how to make a bit of extra with the emails.

    What would you recommend?

I wouldn't spam them with CPA Offers.

What I would do is start sending them emails with Specials. So like if you have 10 different products listed on ebay for sale, send them a nice HTML email with "Your weekly specials from my shop" etc. This is what I'd do since its people who've bought different products, if it were targeted... well, you know what to do.

That's a good idea, however the thing is that I have thousands of products that I remove and replace regularly and I sell them with minimal margins. It may be quite difficult to achieve targeting unless I have some software that can automatically sort the paypal transactions CSV's into different categories of products (an of interest).

I think InkFrog may have some kind of emailing system like this though, but I'm thinking more how I could make money with the emails outside of eBay.
