How to mass mail to over 50k with 99% inbox rate ?

    Don't think it's possible. Best bet is for that small a number get a professional service like emailbrain, constant contact, stream send, etc to help you out. Expensive, but very high inbox rates. Still won't be 99 percent

    45% is more realistic
