How to mass add all posts from blog to FB fan page?

Hello, I have created FB fan page for one of my blogswith many posts and I want to have all the posts there, but dont want to to do it manually. Is there any way how to "import" links to blog posts to FB fan page? thanks for help.

thanks it probably works, but looks so difficult to setup that I rather post it by hand...
