Putting out a simple guide to manage and run multiple accounts.
Things like Quora, Reddit, UGR platforms, Medium, Facebook etc

Proxy: IPRoyal, Lightning proxies and few other residential proxies should work.
Anti-detect: Dolphin Anty, and AdsPower (I prefer Dolphin Anty)
Browser settings: (use this as a base, however tweak the settings)

1. In an excel/G sheets maintain the city, browser settings and login details.
2. Tweak the browser settings for every account. Use the settings i added above for reference
