    How about Hootsuite?

Another alternative is to hire someone to manage your social media accounts, although this can become costly.

Yes i heard about Hootsuite, the Free Version is limited to 3 Accounts... will try to open more Accounts or outsource that.

    Thank you!

    Hey there!

Have you checked out Sprout Social yet? (Full disclosure: I work there, but was a user and advocate long before coming on board)

Sprout integrates with Instagram and Twitter (as well as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+). We'll definitely look into adding Pinterest once/if their API opens up a bit.

Through Sprout, users can view all mentions, comments and posts in one streamlined inbox. Users can also add hashtags to monitor for Twitter and Instagram.

The best way to see if we're a good fit is to check out a free 30 day trial (no credit card required). Feel free to reach out to me on Twitter sprout_sarah if you have any other questions!

Hiring some is fantastic option. I will create vacancy for a needy person.

I pretty much do everything with BuzzBundle and hootsuite, Neither are free though, but the combination makes this a 1 hour task for me everyday and I'm getting good results.
