Whats up guys I thought I would share some info on how to create Youtube ads by using screen shots or images.

First off you will need Camtasia, If you dont have this software then go to the members area immediately. This is a must for recording video ads for Youtube or any other video upload site. You can find Camtasia in the members download section on this forum. Need help locating it then use the search it isn't to hard.

Many of you already may be using a technique similar to this but i'm posting this for all the noobs. When I first started out I didn't know how to go about creating my own videos without stepping on other peoples toes (using copyrighted material).

Now once you have camtasia you can begin recording videos. So first off decide on a niche, it doesn't matter what you decide on marketing, just do it and do it fast. The longer you procrastinate the less likely you will stay motivated, and someone else will be earning your $$$.

With your niche in mind start searching for photos or screen shots of the product you are planning on marketing. So say I want to market unlimited Wii downloads, I would go and gather photos of the newest games, and I would also grab an image of the Wii console it's self.

Open a new tab and go to this address http://www.slide.com This is a website where you can create picture slide shows with added effects. If anyone know of a better site please post it so we can all check it out.

Once you open the site in your browser you will see " Make a Slide Show " just click on that. Then scroll down, and on the left side you will see " Image Url " now click on the link. After that go back to the page where your images are and put the pointer over the image you want to add then right click your mouse. Look for the option in the list " Copy Image Location " After you have done that paste the link in the url box on the page with the slide show.

Do this over and over again in til you have added as many photos as you want. At this point I'm sure your slide looks a like crap, but don't worry just add some effects. On the right you will see skins, themes, etc. First off click on skins and remove the stars that's shooting up in your image, then click theme and remove that also. Do this til you have the background plain and looking like a default setting.

Now start designing your slide how you see fit, make it look good enough to turn it in to a promotional video. What I usually do is go to styles and in the list click remix, I like the way it plays with the images, But do whatever you like and get it done.

After you have finished your slide you don't have to save it unless your gonna use the pictures again to make another video in the same niche. If that's the case you can make different videos using some other effects. This way your videos can look semi different from one another.

last step is to open up your Camtasia and record you slide show. This should be real easy to do so I'm not gonna go into that here. After you record and produce your video upload it to youtube. Then swap the audio of your video and add a track thats gonna make your slideshow stand out. I add my tracks from youtube cause like I said I don't wanna use copyrighted material in my vids.

If you guys use some better way to make videos please post it so we can all benefit from it. I made this thread to help out some of those people that don't know where to start and don't want to download other peoples videos to market. Thanks you guys hope it helps.

well, an easier way to create videos fast is to just use windows movie maker. you can always use the same pictures with windows movie maker thus no need for camtasia as you're making an avi.
as for the track, it's easy to add it to the video.

p.s: using a tool ( paint will do ) can easily get you inserting your ads into the vids - also you've got a pretty wide range of transition effects to add.
