How to make your first 50k as an OnlyFans manager/agency

Hey man -

Never said here this is the best approach for someone advanced or who has resources.

this is for someone starting out.

How is some kid who’s never done this before going to start an automated M/C program for IG? Or know how to do even more advanced stuff like live spoofing on platforms.

The problem I have is telling someone they NEED to have 200 tinder accounts and 200 Instagram M/C accounts otherwise they CANT do this.

You’re flat out wrong and it’s completely missed the tone of my message. This is not a comprehensive walk through on how I run my business nor is it a statement on how anyone should who have scaled beyond a 1 man band.

It’s a beginners guide for someone who doesn’t have a lot of resources and wants to try something.

My message of $50k is anyone who takes small steps and learns the basics in this industry can easily reach this yearly target.

Being condescending while also misunderstanding what I wrote and for who my intended audience was is a bit of an indictment on your ability to comprehend.
How can I contact you for more info ? Amazing read thank you for the insight, my company is fresh and I’d appreciate any more depth inside this success process

Hopefully some people find this moderately useful, apologies for my long winded tone...

Just like my post on finding creators for OnlyFans, I’m still pissed off seeing all of these “gurus” sell courses for hundreds about how to make 7 figures as an OF agency. I’m going to be honest, for 99% of you, that’s probably not going to happen. Our agency has moved away from blackhat/anonymous OF marketing and finally begun working with large influencers. It’s taken us years (and lots of failures) but we are scaling to hopefully near 8 figures this year. It takes lots of experience and a large network to make this happen. Don’t fall for the BS and spend money on a course. Please.

That doesn’t mean I don’t think almost anyone can make around 4k-5k a month by putting in less than a few hours a day into it… and I think it’s pretty simple!

Here’s how I would earn 4k+ a month if I was to start again today:

1 - Finding the talent: A while back I wrote a post about how to get your first OnlyFans creator as a new agency. I didn’t include everything in there for obvious reasons but it’s still a decent resource to get started. FYI, the best resource for talent is your own network. I PROMISE you, you know someone who knows an OnlyFans girl. Get creative…

2 - Choose your creator wisely. Do not partner with anyone who wants to be anonymous. It’s a totally reasonable request and we’ve worked with lots in the past but for YOU, who wants to make your first 50k, it’s not a good fit. You need someone who is happy to use their own social media accounts.

3 - Right off the bat, make it clear that the talent has to handle their posting on social. If they don’t live in a tier 1 country you can help set them up so they get the correct traffic but DO NOT post on their behalf when you start. Since you’re new this can be overwhelming with managing everything else and it’s a time killer. If you get push back on this you can explain that it’s to make sure their accounts don’t get shadow banned from multiple logins.

4 - Paid or Free OF? Simply put… up to you. I would personally recommend for most small acc’s to go with this model: $9.99 a month with the first month 50% off. If you want social proof at first you can offer a 24hr free trial for a while.

4 - If you need an extra boost for traffic consider bringing in traffic partners. But I would be very careful about this. They can absolutely destroy your margins. I would personally recommend being patient and scaling up your creators personal socials leveraging consistent TikToks/Reels etc… it takes time but it’s worth it in the end.

5 - Quality chatters. Hire them. Don’t handle this yourself. Don’t over spend and pay an insane commission to chatters but treat your chatters well and they will repay you tenfold. This is the biggest part of the business that can kill your time. Quality chatters can handle everything inside OF for you: Posting and chatting. If you want to learn what to look for in decent chatters DM me and I’ll give you more info. PS: I don’t offer chatting services nor will I ever try and sell you any service; I just don’t want to post publicly too much about rates etc…

6 - Optimizing content flow. Use a shared folder of some sort (iPhone / google folder) and have the creator upload all of their OF content to this. Make sure the creator has a mix of feed style posts but also posts that can be upsold in a funnel in the chats. You new chatters can explain this to you.

7 - OnlyFans is like any other business: Generating traffic and then converting it. I’m staying very basic on the marketing side for a reason but honestly any female creator who consistently posts on TikTok (daily) will generate traffic. Drive that traffic to your creators IG and then funnel that over to OF via a link tree and also IG stories.

8 - To help automate, provide a content template for your creators to then map out themselves. Have them share it with you so you can monitor it throughout the week. Provide the talent with content examples, ideas and even give them a brand feel that you want them to follow for their socials. You can provide them with content ideas weekly. Use places like TikTok creative centre if you don’t know where to start to look for trends. Provide them with the plan but leave the heavy lifting up to the talent.

9 - My honest income estimates (conservative but realistic for newbies) for basically any creator who posts consistently on socials and has a quality chatter doing a 4:1 chat/sub ratio would be:

Month 1 - $500 - $1k
Month 2 - $2k
Month 3 - $4k
Month 4 - $5k (might peak out there for some lower end talent)

It’s not as sexy as what the gurus say: "$25k per month per creator within x months" but that’s honestly just not going to happen for most people nowadays. Especially at the beginning while you make a ton of mistakes. Yes, people do make $100k a month per creator but that takes a combination of lots of skill on your teams part and also very quality talent. You'll get there eventually but it takes time.

10 - Don’t over-promise, be honest and over-deliver. Remember, you’re not selling management, you’re selling trust.

11 - With your cut of 50% though and only expense is chatting... after 4 months you’re already taking in some money. It’s now time to gently scale…

12 - Referrals! Your creator now trusts you and it’s time to leverage her network. A little secret: basically every OF girl knows another. Set up a meeting with her and tell her you're scaling and that you’re offering a 10% cut of your revenue to her if she knows anyone. It’s decently likely that before even this point she will have referred you to someone but if not, this should do it. 10% referral only lasts for 12 months.

13 - Rinse and repeat! After 2 or 3 creators you can decide whether you want to scale your business into an agency and you will have learned all of the real secrets to success in this business. I can promise you that if you stay consistent you can earn 50k a year without putting in much more than a few hours a day. It’s all about being realistic to yourself and the creator about what the results will be and how long they will take to acheive. The people who fail in this business are the over-promisers and the people who rush.

14 - Don’t over complicate this. Please. Those gurus make this seem so scary with so many components to overwhelm you so you feel like you NEED their secret knowledge. Just start slowly and have your creator post on 1 or 2 channels at first. After a few months if you’re making money feel free to start experimenting on places like Reddit, dating apps etc…

15 - I've been very fortunate in my life and I believe strongly in supporting people who are trying something entrepreneurial; if you've got more questions shoot me a message! I don't believe in scarcity and I think this market is big enough for a lot more WELL INTENTIONED people.

Again, I will never try and sell you a service or a course.
Thank you

I,m interested in learning more from you! Could you please send me a direct message and let me know where you get your participants from? Thank you in advance.

You need to be creative. Have a different concept of your videos. This can help grow your viewers and followers.

Definitely not a lawyer LOL but thank you (I’m taking it as a compliment)

Hopefully some people find this moderately useful, apologies for my long winded tone...

Very informative post I would love to pm you and talk more about this please

Hey man! been following your posts and a lot of the information you are sharing is super helpful, So first off I just want to say thank you so much!

One question that I had is determining profit share agreements with OF girls based off the services I am providing them. From my understanding their seems to be more full service agencies that handle pretty much everything and they take anywhere from 50%-70% of the content creators revenue. But what about an agency that just specifically focuses on chat and sales? Very high quality immersive messaging with users and being very good at when to get customers to buy ppv and custom video content? Obviously charging to cover the bottom line is always going to be an answer. But what is typical for an agency like this to take in profit share? Say from a bigger content creator that doesn't necessarily need help with traffic as they pretty much handle all their social media and marketing - but they are leaving money on the table by not having a strong chat system in place with high quality conversations that increase sales. And would this profit share be all revenue from the creators account? Or just sales within chat? Wondering your thoughts on this!

Hopefully some people find this moderately useful, apologies for my long winded tone...

Hi, thank you for this article it’s been very helpful. I’m currently trying to set up my own of management agency. In my opinion the hardest thing seems to be finding models to sign up, do you have any more advice on best ways to find them and how to approach them?
Also once you have found a model do you have them sign a contract?
also do you have any good chatters company’s that you use and can recommend? Or how to find a decent one.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hopefully some people find this moderately useful, apologies for my long winded tone...

Hey, balaklava. I have a question concerning rates of chatters and the 50% commission you mentioned. Can you elaborate? Is it possible chat with you in private?

Definitely not a lawyer LOL but thank you (I’m taking it as a compliment)

Hi, I’m a high net worth individual looking to retain your services in a relatively unique request

Let me know how I can reach you? I just created this account for the sole purpose of messaging you

Thanks

Hi, Thank you. Back to your post with a lot of insights alongside the other comments!

I have a question regarding model search.

A bit of context: I specialize in data scraping. Several OnlyFans management agencies have contacted me to obtain lists of OF accounts based on specific criteria (number of posts, likes, location, creation date, price, etc.) and contact information to reach out to them (social media or even email when available). I think this skill might be helpful to other people or agencies and that I could turn it into a business.

I've seen that cold messaging has become so common that it's no longer really effective.

So, in your opinion:

  • Is it still effective?
  • Could these lists, with defined criteria (number of posts, likes, location, creation date, price, etc.), be useful to OF agencies?
  • For the agencies, what kind of models are you interested in (new or experienced, local or remote, etc.)?
(@balaklava I searched but couldn’t find your post on model search.)

This post might not belong here, please feel free to tell me. I just want to learn more about potential needs in terms of model search and if my scraping skills can be useful in this field.

1) Yes, it’s still effective dependant on factors such as the social proof of the accounts doing the outreach, the quality of the message copy, etc…

2) We don’t do cold outreach anymore but yes we find data of all kinds useful my friend.

3) Depends on the agency and their needs / resources / goals.

My advice is to create a tg group where you post data/lists you’ve collected from the entire OnlyFans industry for free. Build out a community of people who are interested in that data (agencies, creators, etc…) and then once it’s big enough figure out if you can pay wall some of the content with a subscription, sell pre-made premium lists or provide custom lists for interested parties.

Bringing value always has a funny way of making you money.

Good luck man.

I realize this is an old post. Im looking to get started. I have 1 girl who is a friend and I used to date so we are very close. She is model level gorgeous and is willing to do whatever. I can take control and she will provide the content. She is here in the US but has connections to her home country and we can scale this quickly. Is there a way to see the process laid out a little more in depth aside from your OP? I know that is the basics for a startup but I need my hand held a little more lol. Would you have something to sell, like a step by step video, or e-book etc? Thanks a lot
