How to make videos like this?

I understand if this sounds a little odd, itt's something that I've been wanting to do for quite some time. I've got quite a few articles that I've written myself on my site. I would like to use some kind of text to speech software to have a computerized reading of the articles. I also would like to have a video of the article as it looks like on the website with the computerized voice reading it. I have quite a few of these articles and doing it manually isn't something that I have the time for. Does any type of software exist that I can use to make a video like this?

Try Ivona or NaturalReader. There are actually a lot of text to speech services on the web that you can try out.

I would like it to look like the text to speech is reading the article. I want the video to scroll down the article as the "robot" is reading it. I'd prefer something that did this automatically without any or as little input from me as possible.
