I assume something like Adobe Animate & Character Animator, maybe.

Adobe Animate, After effects, Adobe Premiere these all can do.

Exactly I am planning to learn these software to get my channel started as soon as possible, have big ideas in my mind.

I would use after effects for this.
Images can be made in corel draw either illustrator
