Just to be sure, did you intentionally say "fund a way" so as to suggest you're more interested in finding a service to pay for, and otherwise "fund", to generate the leads or; did you mean to say "find a way" as in you're open to learning how to create some sort of lead generation system that will allow you to package and sell leads to the realtors?
If it's the latter, what sort of experience do you already have with online marketing? Wouldn't want to bore you with something you already know, such as content publishing, email capturing, providing downloadable content for better conversion, etc. and otherwise, I would just be offering some topic suggestions and/or content suggestions for more quality "semi-warm" leads. Semi-warm being that they're still going to be cold calls in terms of not knowing whether or not the lead is looking to buy a home or whatnot, but because of the focus made within the content offered, it would be more highly valued by someone who is or will be soon in the market to buy (i.e. a lead generated from an article titled "What You Need to Know Before Buying A Home in 2022" as opposed to one titled, "5 Tips for Keeping Your New Home Looking New" whereas the stark contrast here is believed to be self-evident and left unsaid).
