Hello, this is question for you youtube experts. If I get it right, every channel or user on youtube has some level of "reputation" or how to call it so when two people upload absolutely same video (just example I know it would be duplicate content bla bla..), with same description and really just everything same without doing any backlinking, they will both rank differently and the "stronger" channel will have the video ranked higher naturally from the beginning. If this is right, what makes channel strong? Overall views, number of subscribers, backlinks to channel, age of the account, number of videos uploaded? Also, if will comment with my account on many videos and high PR channels, will that make my channel "stronger" ? Thanks for answers.

I believe it is all the things you mentioned combined that makes one's account reputable.

Don't expect a channel with one video to be reputable.

It depends more on an account credibility overall then the video itself. Also how many views/likes/bla bla each one has. Normally the one that was the original.

Everything that you have mentioned helps to make a channel strong. You have to have good content, views, likes, comments, and have people know who you are so they watch.

I also fairly confident youtubers who upload on a regular basis (weekly for example) are rewarded with slightly higher placement in search and recommended videos. Audience retention on the particular video is also very important.
