Hi Friends, I need fully 100% ignored offshore Dedicated Server/Streaming Server/VPS for Movie Streaming and TV Shows, I ask some host provider's they just advertisement on their website home pages (DMCA ignored Host), but I ask them via chat, they said we do ignore 100% DMCA, then I asked if they forced (US DMCA) to take down the host with the court order, at the moment what you did? ask to delete the files, or give the site owner details to law authorities, or remove the host (or) ignored the DMCA complaint, and then they said "we ask to delete the files" if our local police and law authorities asked us. So just it's one of the marketing strategies used a lot of offshore hosting Company's, just advertising DMCA ignored host.

These are the, not DMCA ignored hosts:
1.offshorededi.com
2.hostspicy.com
3.vsys.host
4.shinjiru
5.abelohost.com

These hosting providers said 100% DMCA ignored hosting:
1.lyrahosting.com (Netherland based)
2.svservers.com (Ukraine based and Israel)

Guys, I need Fully 100% DMCA ignored host, for movie streaming and also 300k to 800k above /per day traffic worth. so I need DMCA ignored the Dedicated Server/Streaming Server. Please recommend good and bulletproof DMCA ignored host... and also Cloudflare alternative CDN, for secure purpose because Cloudflare is one of the US-based companies, So no trusted, if they get too many DMCA from the US.

Well yeah man, obviously. There's no legit hosting company that is advertised as DMCA ignored that just ignore their local authorities / police.

Yes if they are DMCA ignored (& offshore) and are asked to shut your site down by lawyers or authorities in jurisdiction outside of their region (i.e. US) , they will not respond to these requests (as advertised).

But, if they are told by their local authorities in Iceland, Belgium, Netherlands, wherever the heck their offshore servers are located to shut the site down - then they obviously have to comply. That makes complete sense to me - am I missing something here? Even if that happens, they would usually give you a notice for you to transfer hosts (find a different region to host in).

For it to even reach that far, you'd have to be the next 123Movies getting hunted down. Lots of resources go in to requesting say some local authorities from some place in Europe or across the world from US jurisdiction to even consider shutting down your site. Lots of money, time and energy.

Only time it ever happens is if you see your site getting millions of unique visitors a day like 123Movies / Putlocker / YTS did and getting on some powerful company/government/person's radar.

Dude, it will rarely ever happen unless you're the next 123Movies.

If the hosting company is operating in Netherlands for example and US lawyers are contacting them to shut your site down - they'll ignore them if they are truly DMCA ignored.

But if lots of time, energy and money is spent to get the authorities in Netherlands involved, then obviously the hosting company will have to comply with the police or risk getting raided / shut down. It rarely ever reaches that point.

Worst case scenario if that happens, you just move to another host. 99% of people in the niche never experience this because none of them get as big as the 1% that did.

And the 1% who did, usually end up with their own dedicated servers / nodes infrastructure and ditch hosting companies all in all and mask themselves through CloudFlare & other techniques who authorities who then also have to go through.

Even they ignore the DMCA in hosting how to avoid Google adsence DMCA policy violation page level restriction?
But many of the websites are running with google adsence how they are doing?

If we host the website on offshore-serversdotcom can we be prevented from google adsence policy violation.

ffshore-serversdotcom says that DMCA is a US law but they are not US based.
Yeah their servers are in Russia. And i think they are legit, but i found their managed servers are too expensive at least for me.

competing against T..rockers?

You can go with the following Companies they provide 100% DMCA Offshored Servers
  • Ultahost (server in Netherlands and Germany)
  • Qloudhost (Servers in the Netherlands)

QloudHost is literally a trash hosting company. Do not use QloudHost, it is the worst hosting company. I saw an ads saying that this company is the best, I gave it a try to use their services. But, everything went shit after using their service.
1. Their ticket supports are working like a sloth, you have to wait more than 24hours just to get a ticket reply ( even on weekdays )
2. Their server crashes easily and you have to keep sending ticket to them just to ask them to fix the issues.
3. After using their service, my website down for no reasons sometimes. ( which they wrote in their website 99.9% uptime ? BULLSHIT ! )

If you want to get DMCA ignore company , get others like Abelohost or Shinjiru JUST DONT USE QLOUDHOST !
