I have over 150 domains and with the current financial issues I face, I plan on selling one of the top ones or a few that cost less.

I know of Sedo but what are the best places to sell those domains.

Niches:

- Virtual Reality
- Adult Virtual Reality
- Augmented Reality
- Camping
- Stadia - Googles brand new gaming platform

Those are good niches. Are they naked domains?

Are they short? .com? Memorable? Do they pass the radio test? Are they brandable?

The best domain marketplaces for naked domains are GoDaddy Auctions, Efty, Afternic, etc. but if you have domains that are Tier 1 or Tier 2, you should engage the services of a broker. They will charge a commission, but they will be able to effect a faster, bigger sale than you can on your own.

How do you do this? Getting a broker?

I think they are Tier 1 -2

I have both nudes and non-nudes

Examples:

vrpokerstars.com
stadia-games.com
vr18porn.com
armarkets.com
campingbro.com

Etc.

Google domain brokers ;). A few that I've used are NameExperts, DomainAgents, Sedo, Phenom, Name Options, etc.

Are these the actual domains? It's probably not the best idea for you to list your domain names on a site. Anyway, the best thing going for your domains is the extension. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there.

Unfortunately, all but one of these is Tier 6. An example of a Tier 1 domain is MoonStar - com. A Tier 2 domain would be AfricanSafari - com.

vrpokerstars and stadia-games.com are trademark violations and subject you to domain loss if a UDRP is filed against you.

Even without the trademark violation, the hyphen in stadia-games.com kills this sale.

Adult domains, such as vr18porn, are much harder to sell because they are so specialized. You'll have to do some digging around for a suitable marketplace for this one.

Armarkets is decent (better would be the singular, armarket... and much better would be vrmarket). You might get a couple hundred for this on a lucky day.

Campingbro is your best name and a Tier 4 domain. I fear that it may be possibly a trademark or servicemark issue as well. I did a search and didn't come up with anything registered as TM. I did find a Facebook page with that brand, which is potentially a good client for you to attempt a direct sale with. This name is memorable and brandable and could bring you about $2K or $3K from the right buyer, provided that there isn't the trademark issue at hand.

The selling and buying domain is not what used to be. You lucky to even sell them at a profit.

I actually believe AR Market is better than VR Market and it will really blossom when 5G Hits.

I also think ( at least this is what my lawyer told me ) that vrpokerstars will still be eligible as the poker stars word are widely used ( I might be wrong but this is what I have been told ).

Thanks for your comment.

Best regards,

P.S obviously I didn't list my best ones here

Maybe, but your point was in the current climate, was it not? If you are looking at a buy-and-hold strategy, my answer would have been completely different.

Fire your lawyer or anyone who tells you that pokerstars would be acceptable within a domain name.

I still have a friend making at least few thousand a month being a domainer but...

Then ask him

He did. I make $XX,XXX / month doing this. But, apparently, what do I know? :p
