How to make money with scene release listing website?

do you have any advice how to make money with a release listing website?
we are listing new scene releases with their .nfo files and have about 3k users a day from all over the world, most from europe and the US.
usenet-affiliate programs were doing well, but since about 1-2 years it's constantly going down, now we hardly have any leads...
some google analytics facts: 76% are returning visitors, 37% coming from search engines.
any advice or affiliate programs appreciated!

Collect emails and push them down premium subscriptions for filehosts / services and any other related things they might be interested in.

VPN/private internet/browsing anonymously/spy software etc

Why are the usenet subs going down? What's the explanation?
