How to make money with niche membership website?

I have some questions.
I found a niche adult star who only started a couple months. She does mainly Chaturbate nowadays and has a couple videos on manyvidsdotcom (selling site for amateur adults). I got her written permission to upload webcam shows on niche tube site(s) with my affiliate link to chaturbate. I proposed to her why not having a personal website pornstarnamedot.com... She really wants to become famous and is eager for my idea about the personal website.
Can I make such website and gain any benefit from it? Or is that solely for the pornstar? I was thinking about a site with videos, photographs, diary, ... with membership subscription. Ff course she would make all content for the site (I don't live near her).

Is there a (smart) way how to handle this? Ideas?

 

Same way every adult actress does. Google a few big names like Gianna Michaels and see their personal sites...they're all the same. Simple to duplicate.
Front end [usually] shows trailers. Member-only back end showcases full videos. Can upsell things like phone time/snapchat/panties/socks/whatever for extra revenue. Some actresses go as far as sell escort services.
There's also the benefit of you(her) getting recurring membership revenue, rather than manyvids commission per video.

There's some wordpress plugins that let you do membership sites fairly quickly.

write up a contract for her to sign. make all the membership payments go to your paypal. send her her cut every 30 days or whatever you agree upon.
if you have time, set up a dashboard for her to see the live stats or automate a monthly report.

 

I'm searching for wordpress themes but most seem to be "tube" themes. Hard to find typical pornstar themes it seems or I don't search enough lol
