From moral point of view: No ... In practice: Yes.

I made a reel containing UGC unboxing videos of the same/similar product sourced from IG/TT. The included clips were 2-3 second long, and my reach for the reels were max 20k (boosted). You may copy other people's reels or ads too directly, but be prepared of them being taken down...

It would need a decent budget first, main focus should be on product quality if you are running wh ecom brand. CA could be high for the first sales but profit is on the backend with email/sms and returning customers. 2026 will be a game of customer trust!
