Is there any alternative for adcenter and mediahub? Adcenter has very bad opinions. I am signup to mediahub but I am waiting for approval.

I wouldn't go with SEO route - way too late for that game and football related stuff is removed pretty fast. Other ways could work just remember - the traffic would be mostly T2 and T3 as US/CA are not that interested in football/soccer.

It will work with blogger, but is very hard to promote blogger and your blog could be deleted any time.
Buy hosting for few dollars, dmain on godaddy for 0.99, install wordpress and follow this guide.

I got approved by mediahub but I don't have any of those streaming LPs lol. I can make zones but they show random LPs every time. No option to modify them either(add keywords in title etc).

you need to reach out your AM via skype and ask them the LPs direct links personally.
