Raise your bid, get high ctr and your cpc bid will drop and you have a lot of traffic for cheap clicks :)

Got nothing to do with your bid amount, it's got to do with your budget.

Create a separate campaign for the keyword(s) that you want to always be there for - and have a large enough budget to cover 24/7 (be careful though).

If you have a few different ads, and a pool of keywords - your ads will trigger for any of those keywords, and you will not always be there, that is why you need to create an individual campaign for the one keyword to always have a presence.

I can't see from your post, if you are asking about adwords or Facebook ppc? Can you elaborate?

Simple, increase your cpc bids... raise ctr to bring suggested bids down.

From my experience, an attractive person photo will increase ctc, but only temporarily. I'm not sure why, but I guess the audience gets immune to the pretty girl picture after a while. For me it work anywhere from a couple of days to maybe a week.

I have had some success letting a picture rest for a couple of weeks to a month and then use it again with success.

It seems a little hit and miss for me. I'd love to hear if someone has a more definitive answer.

As everyone already said. The trick is to bid high at start to lower cpc and then go with low bids.
