Here are a few channels I'd like to make content like. Can anyone please let me know on what softwares to use, how to do this ? and also where to learn ?
There is a number of software applications to get the same results.

What you are really talking about that make these videos stand out is their "Video Scripting" and their "Voice Overs."

Without those two elements, this videos would be trash.

They spliced/knitted the videos together with a combination of:
  • Short video clips
  • Images
  • Awesome video scripting
  • Great voice overs
  • 2D Animation Characters
  • Picture in video
  • Video in Video
  • Split screens, (video)
  • Background music
  • Motion presets
  • Transition effects
  • Shape elements
  • 2D Special effects
The type of software you could do this with?

After Effects
Premier Pro
Wondershare Filmora
Final Cut Pro
Sony Vegas Pro

There may be other VSAs, Video Software Applications, I only mentioned the usual suspects.

The other thing is, each VSA is going to require different skill sets, for example, if you are using AE, you would be best served to getting Animation Composer 3 by Mister Horse and then getting his AE bundle:
Code:

BUT! Let's say you decided to use Wondershare Filmora? In case, you would be doing a lot of manual video editing to achieve the same results.

Learning each software, I'd say Udemy or Lynda + hands on experience.

Hope that helps.

Both look quite simple. For some of the videos I watched, the most basic one - Filmora would be enough. But in general, all of them are manageable on premiere pro. Adobe is the king.

The video in the link above are indeed very cool. I think Filmora9.1 will be a nice software for that, together with some images and short clips..
