how to make a whitelist for FL from your instagram following list?

Just like the title says, how to make a whitelist for FL from your instagram following list?

You can import a whitelist in followliker and isn't there a tool that exports all the people i'm following to a cvs file so I can add that to the whitelist. If I have to do it manually I have to enter usernames of 500 people :(

Scrape yourself.

Go to the 'scrape user settings'. Create new and type this in depending if you want to scrape your following or follower list.

query type: User's Follower
query: yourAcc

or
query type: User's following
query: youracc

Make sure you delete what is inside your 'scraped users' list before you start.
When you are done, goto your 'scraped users' tab and export. Then import the list in your whitelist tab.

So you're saying i should stop all other activities and just scrape myself first?

To be safe, yes. Or if you have another acc, you can use it to scrape the acc without having to stop it. Just remember not to follow anyone while your scraping the acc or it may not pick up the newest users.
