write and submit 25 article a day to associated content. id suggest you stick to technology computers and finances for you article topics.
you will average at minimum 2.50 at article on the low end more then likely $3+ an article.

If he takes two hours learning and setting up the AC method he will most definitely be able to make the $1600 he needs to. You will have to push higher volumes than 25 articles per day though. This is because AC has a 7 to 10 day delay in paying you for the articles.

There are some excellent methods here on the forum for making a lot of money in a relatively short amount of time, but I can guarantee you that if someone DOES have a SURE-FIRE method for making $1600 in three weeks, they won't be revealing it on this thread, or anywhere else on the forum.
Read the money making threads on the forum. Check out Harr0's money-making sticky, or some of Nick Flame's stuff and other great members' posts of money making ideas. Then create a new "twist" on some of those ideas.
Often, many of us receive PM's from people with unrealistic expectations, whose question usually goes, "Can you show me a way to make $1000 dollars by next weekend?" They are under the false impression that we all have a one-paragraph, sure-fire method that we can give them, so that they can leap over all of the tactics and ebooks and get rich in a week. Contrary to the hype you may be reading on sales pages throughout the internet, internet marketing takes a lot of work and a reasonable amount of time through trial and error before you start to see some substantial money. And every once in awhile, after all of this trial and error, we stumble upon a great method. But most of us are smart enough not to give it away, because we know that once that method becomes "forum knowledge" it will immediately become saturated and as a result, lose its effectiveness.
Read the posts and start thinking "out-of-the-box" and eventually you will also hit on a great idea . . . and if it is something that can become quicly saturated, keep it to yourself, or at least write a great ebook about it and make a quick killing on Clickbank.
That's my take on it . . .
