How to look for exact amount of searches these days?

As probably everyone knows adwords keyword tool shows only shitty info now. I want to view the same keyword search stats like before. Any suggestions ?

What specific pieces of information are you looking for, @stickman?

Google Keyword Planner is a free stuff. I can't complain.
 
Thats because you dont run an active campaign. To me. Its the same as before.
 
Create 1 Adwords campaign and then pause it after a few days. You will see the exact number. But please take in mind that sometimes they show similliar keyword as yours. Not exact mach. Just double check the keyword :-)

minimum how much should one spend in order to see search volume
 
You don't have to spend much. They just have to mark your account as active. People sign up, use Adwords like a kw research tool and spend zero, thus Google created this initial condition.
 
I spent less then $50 on one campaign and my searches are back to exact numbers
 
even i have active account meaning money spent account . I am not getting exact searches these days. only range .
 
I'm really liking the new Moz Keyword Explorer. It shows a range as well, but some other good insights such as opportunity and difficulty. Another good thing about it, is that the 2 free searches you get per day will spit out a lot of suggested keywords as well.

If you want to PM me your list, I can run it through the keyword planner and get the exact search volume for you.

I tried with 10$ and it still says - You've reached the maximum number of page views for this day. This page now shows ranges for search volumes. For a more detailed view, check back in 24 hours.
Any ideas ? Thank you for all suggested tools but they are still bad compared to adwords planner :)
 
You can still use Planner to check the exact search volume without running any campaign. I forgot where i saw the tricks so cant give the credit here.

Step 1. Get an MCC account : - https://www.google.com/adwords/manager-accounts/

Step 2. Create an AdWords account via MCC, or link an existing one

Step 3. Access keyword planner via MCC

In that case, i used a new gmail ID which never use for adwords or to sign in at planner. My old email not working in the above process. But the new one did.

try keywordhubDOTnet.. the best AdWords alternative IMO, and it's free.
