How to login to Berman Hosting vps

My GSA internet has been playing up all week so thought i'd try a Berman VPS, just ordered the extreme pack about an hour ago.

How do I login to the remote desktop? Berman has no FAQ section and no email with login details or IP address.

Does it take a few hours for them to set everything up?

Ah ye thanks, I thought it might not be 100% automated. It's a bank holiday here too and I think most of Europe.

Can you elaborate? The most i've read is that their lowest package is no good for GSA despite lots of people trying to use it, that's why I when for the extreme package. (The extreme was also quite similar to the setup I have in my house for GSA)

the prb i had with them is that i asked for a usa vps then they gave me a canadian vps when i asked them to refund me or give me a us vps they said they cant do that so basically they scammed me and now i m usin this shitty canadian vps from time to time it just reboot on it s own which is bad and when i asked why they said it s their servers that having a prb

They are pretty legit. I have used them for many months without any problems and I know a few people who are using them aswell. Im currently using a dedicated server but unless you want to spend $100+ a month berman is pretty good. http://prntscr.com/3gfjo9
The server should be set up within 24 hours and you can find your details after it is set up in your email or in the client area, cant remember.

I am not an affiliate and for the price, the plan I have is OK.
When people ask I usually recommend them as I have not had a problem with them.
It seems you have not received the customer service you would have liked but that still doesn't make them scammers.
