I want to create a new woocommerce shop with multi language (german/english) and I would like to know how or what is needed to load my shop super fast worldwide.

My main market will be the german market (70%) but I'll also have a english version and target USA (30%).

For this reason I bought myshop.de domain and myshop.com domain.

    myshop.de -> german language
myshop.com -> english and rest of the world

The plugin WPML will be used for translation english <> german.

But my question is the loading speed of my site.

For example my main market is germany so I would say the best is to have my server in germany. My german customer have now a nice loading speed. But my english customers like from USA should have a heavily slow loading speed?

Which hosting could speed up my site and what should be done to increase the speed and get a super fast loading site for all countrys?

Go with a cdn. There are some free options like cloudflare, but I also had good experiences with maxCDN. Used it to serve a website to americans that was hosted in germany too.

Use a CDN like cloudflare, probably the simplest and best option for you.

Edit: @issorc beat me to it!;)

CDN, however since you're doing eCommerce the final checkout process won't be done through the CDN. A CDN mirrors the content on various servers around the world but things like CloudFlare aren't handling your database.

If you want everything to be mirrored globally then you need to setup servers in both Germany and USA. However, for now I'd just setup a server in Germany. The lag isn't going to be super horrible, it's not going to take say 1sec to load in Germany and 10s in USA.

IMO it's far more important at this point to get your shop up, get a minimum viable product setup, and make sure you can get sales before you worry about the technicalities of hosting your shop of multiple servers around the globe.

I think for now you should focus on curating a number of viable products and generating a good amount of sales. When you're doing $100 daily and above then you can start tweaking your site.
    I wish you goodluck.

    Thanks to all.

I'll start my site as a full german site and expand if needed or when I'm ready for it.

Just good to know what would be needed to take this step.

Need to change hosting for example since my actual hosting provider don't allows CDN's.

What is a must if you're worried about performance is using a cache system. Especially for Wordpress and their unoptimized database/system.

But in reality, it doesn't matter that much if you're just starting out. It gets crucial when companies get, say, 100 000 visitors a day and saving a few milliseconds can get them, say, 3% more sales in relation to the total number of visitors, they'd be gaining 3 000 more sales.

Like everyone else has mentioned, a cdn is exactly what you are looking for. Thinking about doing the same thing myself.
