You can add facebook links on your channels in order for people to find you there. You can do so from your Youtube channel settings.

As far as I know, this can only be linked to the page.

You can connect a YouTube channel to a Facebook account/page in a few ways:

- Go to YouTube Studio then Customization then Basic Info.
- Under “Links,” add your Facebook URL.
- Share YouTube videos automatically or manually to Facebook:
- Copy the video URL and post it on Facebook, or use social media management tools that support both platforms.
- If you want Facebook and YouTube to be directly linked, Facebook allows you to add your YouTube channel URL to your profile/Page information, but there is no official one-click “connect account” feature between YouTube and Facebook.

Add a link to your YT page on the FB page, and do the same for the YT page, in the basic info area, that way people who come to either your pages can see your socials. You can also add its names as a chyron in the videos.
