You guys know how you see lots of smaller hosting companies that say you can host a website with x amount of pages?

I want to know what a good white label CMS that I could use which would allow me to set a maximum number of pages allowed per client is?

Or is there a way that I can use wordpress and limit that number of pages that a client can add to their website? Maybe through a plugin or something I could make it so that the user cannot create any new pages or something?

    Thanks!

I don't think you understand what I'm asking.

I am asking how can I do this to clients as the hosting provider?
