How to level down CTR and conversion rate?

Let's say you buy leads to your affiliate link, how do you lower down the CTR and conversion rate to a reasonable level to stay under radar?

Just send more cleaned, junk traffic than you do "good" traffic.

In reference to the original post, "good traffic" means the leads the poster has purchased.

yea,lots of junk traffic providers on DP and stuff can help u out with these. they usually have good prices too
