How to know if a Gmail Account is low quality?

Hi, I got some Gmail accounts that I created myself couple of years ago. Some created on PC and some on phone. Used my same phone for two factor on multiple Gmails.

Used those emails for some months and then stopped using but never used it for spamming or anything like that.

It's been around 3 or 4 years.

Tried to log in to some of these accounts.

After entering email id and pass, it gave me captcha to confirm I am not a bot and then it let me inside the account. So, does the captcha indicate a low-quality account?

On the other hand, I used a gmail for around 2 years, had decent activity before I stopped using and it's around 3 or 4 years. Tried to log in and it logged me in instantly. No captcha nothing.

So, are the other accounts now low quality?

For example, in case of Instagram, if we have to find if an IG account is shadow banned, we post with a random hashtag and use another IG account to search up that hashtag. If the post does not appear, then account is shadow banned. If it appears, then account not shadow banned.

Any such tricks for finding if a gmail is a low-quality account?

Anyone?

The CAPTCHA prompt on some of your Gmail accounts doesn't necessarily indicate low quality

It's more likely a security measure due to inactivity or login from a new device or location

Hello. It's normal that Google showed you a captcha when logging into old accounts, especially if they haven't been used for a long time. Logging in from different devices and ip addresses also affects the likelihood of receiving a captcha. Keep in mind that Google has a powerful anti-fraud system.

After last year update google is not allowing most of the active emails, they are asking captcha and disabling it considering security measure.
Quality of Gmail is related to 2FA and is related to activity and age. Age is something where you might get cheated if you are buying as these days new gmails can be made old with ease.

For captcha gmails try three four times from the same device you created them you will get the access most probably.
