What methods are there to know if a CPA network or advertiser is removing leads/sales?
depends on the offer, if it's an email submit, it's pretty easy to tell, just ask a friend to fill one out for you and see if it's credited or not, but you can tell from a sudden and significant EPC drop too, if you send the same traffic
Maybe try split testing the same offer on other networks?
How about if i use tracking pixel?
tracking pixel is a must without that you cannot track your leads and visits...its a MUST!
Can it show though if a CPA network or advertiser is removing leads/sales?
This is really hard to tell.
What I have affiliates do if they feel we are "scrubbing" is run a side by side comparison.
Run the offer from a different network and compare the results.
At the end of the day advertiser always scrub leads if they do not meet certain requirements
such as 18+, US only or what ever they have listed.
It's not networks that really scrub but the advertisers. Some dating networks are known to do this if the lead doesn't pan out.
What we do is we verify the credibility of every advertiser to make sure there well known in the industry and have reputable references.
This way everyone is safe.
