How to isolate macro and replay in VMWare?

Hey guys

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use VMWare to playback multiple macro recordings in separate windows/teams. My macros are all ready , recorded using Jitbit, but I just cant figure it out. I just need to be able to record keystrokes/mouse and then be sure that it will perform the actions on each Virtual PC/windows even if it is minimized if you see how i mean.!!

Dont mean to bump and old thread, I was just going through un-replied to threads. If you still need help be more specific about the trouble your having.
