Read BHW posts and threads about micro niche.
Read sales pages on BST threads about micro niche.

Take a pen and a paper sheet, and make a planning on short and long period.
    Then, take action.

For ebooks you can read fatcat blueprint for mns, and xfactor blueprint for authority sites. They concentrate on Adsense but the principle is the same regardless of how you monetize it.

$200 isn't enough for various MNS, you should focus on just one or two tops.
Get loads of articles and some seo services and then invest your earnings every single month

My advice? You're starting the wrong way. Throwing money away thinking you're going to succeed doesn't work.

Start a MNS within a niche you like or actually know something about. Buy or build it yourself, it doesn't matter.

The important thing about a MNS is that really good ones can easily be converted into authority sites.
The first site I put together all by myself started that way: I started writing about a subject/software I really like. I wanted my friends to know about it, share with the world, that kind of feeling.
Guess what? 14 months later that particular site is #1 for a bunch of keywords I never knew existed about that particular software. Hell, at the time, the MNS acronym was Klingon to me, keywords were like the awkward first cousin you never met and brother of a key chain.

I build sites with friends since 98, mostly for fun. This one was the first site I created alone without thinking about any form of monetization. I still haven't figured how to monetize it because I don't want to offend my users.

The thing is you must create with passion. Anything is so much simpler if you put passion into it!
    And that's a life lesson!

I suggest you use the money, not in courses, but in themes, plugins, outsourcing content, etc. (Just find good courses here in BHW, you can even find themes and plugins)

First, think of what niche you want to get into.
This also includes niche research, keyword research (and while you're at it, make sure to get potential titles for your posts)
A micro-niche site usually has 5-10 pages (not including the basic SEO pages like About, Privacy, FTC Disclosure, Contact pages)

Second, think of the monetization model (adsense, amazon, clickbank, etc).

Third, structure your site's layout (how you want it to look like)

I suggest building out about 5 sites, and then see how it goes in a bout a month or so.

You'll find out that certain sites get traffic without much linkbuilding.

I have a couple of sites earning consistently (varies, $10 to $100/month) without linkbuilding at all. It's a matter of testing.

My honest advice would be to invest in good content for the site. I always like to make sites that actually offer something to the end user. If all you have is $200 then spent it on content for the site and fill it out so atleast you have more fishing rods in the water so to speak :)

As others said, Build 3-5 MNS to see performance. You will find best site after few weeks. Then add more content to that site and get maximum potential.
