Hey guys, so after quitting my job 13 months ago and starting and e-commerce business and living off of it, i managed to save $1k (i know its not much of a saving, but.. as mentioned i have rent to pay and bills so i guess, i was doing okay).

Now that business is starting to drop i was looking for a way to make a decent money or just invest that $1k in something that is low risk (a friend suggested trading but really can't risk my savings doing smtg i have no experience on)

So I just wanted to reach out to this community that has always been so helpful and useful to me, as well as the other members, and wondered if you could suggest something to grow that $1k just so I can live stress-free while I look for something else.

thanks in advance.

I think you can buy things online and sell it online in your country but you need to know what to buy first

I would suggest you start with farming accounts (FB, tiktok, insta, etc...) and sell them in the future.

Buy a couple of good dropped domains with traffic.
Rebuild the sites.
Sell backlinks on Fb groups.
Rinse and repeat.

You couldn't get the profit with trading if you don't know anything about market
You know dropshipping ? Only buy low then sell higher or blogging , affiliate marketing

Try to revisit your old business. Rethink your strategy, ways to improve, perhaps there is room to scale, use some of that money to reinvest.

Another great way I found is niche local electronics, since the amount you saved isn't all that much, I assume you live in a country where 1k is a lot of money. Things like; used ps4 games, the consoles itself etc. Where I am from the niche is oversaturated now, but back in the ps4 launch days, it was the golden years for such a thing. Nowadays, perhaps look to purchase a used computer, and strip it of its parts and resell them individually. Essentially find good deals in electronics in the used market and resell. There is a lot of resale potential in the reused market.

If you want to keep things online, I suggest looking for scalable side hustles that require time and a little bit of starter cash. As previously mentioned in the thread, looking for expiring domains and doing research into their history can help you uncover a potential new business.

First you must learn what to do with that 1k$ is not a lot of money so you need to also invest time and knowledge to get results . With 1k$ the only thing you can do is offer a good service ...... Maybe you know ads, web development and so on. For dropshiping you need bigger budget just to check the ads what work and what dont

without knowing how much your monthly living costs are: spend the 1k in yourself -> education, selfmarketing, etc ... you are the biggest asset you have

You could build a set of starter sites, invest in their growth and then sell off
It takes time but expenses are low if you use AI for content creation

Can you share with me the business method you used? After all, it's already going downhill, so you probably won't hide it, right? I also have a fairly old but effective thing with a large capital that I can refer to and try, reciprocating

you can hire a law firm to create a business for you with all the paperwork on them

they have to be trustworthy

The business you said is dropping but is it still giving profit? If yes, scale it further with VAs. There is higher chance of success in something you had already been doing.
