Don't rush. If you force it with index api they'll take longer to rank, or even become deindexed later.

Add your blog in GSC, and wait for the natural move by search engine crawlers to pick up your site.

No one knows, if the posts will pass the crawlers spam detection/low quality check marks. They'll get indexed faster.
Also, make sure to interlink your posts. This way if the crawlers will hit your single blog post, it'll visit the other urls listed in your posts too.

You need to have a 20DA+ PA40+ domain and then its almost indexed in 1-2 hours, at least for me on most sites.
Backlinks are normally found by Google and indexed naturally. It's just a matter of waiting. The first two weeks don't require any action. Ping each new backlink if they aren't indexed after those 2 weeks. Trust Google and let it do its job. It will take Google a few days to process your identification request. Backlinks not indexed yet? Use a link indexing service such as OneHourIndexing or Indexification- the 2 best on the market at the moment.

The natural Search console indexing will take time so you have to be patient
